As a proud Pacific Northwest native, I bring deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people make their move in North Idaho. With over 20 years of experience in service-focused industries and more than seven years in real estate, I’ve helped countless buyers and sellers navigate the unique markets of Sandpoint, Coeur d’Alene, Athol, Sagle, and the surrounding northern communities all the way to the Canadian border.

I specialize in relocations, acreage and land, rural properties, lifestyle-driven moves, and divorce real estate.
