Diane Westrum – Realtor® | Licensed in Idaho & Montana
With a lifelong passion for the land and the people who call it home, Diane Westrum brings over a decade of real estate experience and a rich background in Western living to every transaction. Licensed in both Idaho and Montana, Diane has been helping buyers and sellers since 2013, combining her deep local knowledge with a strong sense of integrity and commitment.
Before launching her real estate career, Diane managed a successful AQHA horse operation, specializing in showing and breeding top-quality horses. Her early years were also spent as a ski instructor for 12 years—an adventurous spirit that still shines through today. After raising her family, she followed her heart to the mountains, first settling in Cloudcroft, New Mexico, where she earned her real estate license, opened a thriving brokerage, and ran a boutique shop.
Today, Diane lives just four miles from the Idaho-Montana border and proudly serves clients in both states. She specializes in ranch properties, lake homes, and helping fellow lovers of the outdoors find their dream retreats. In her spare time, Diane enjoys being on the lake, spending time with her grandkids, and staying connected to her roots with the occasional horse show.
Diane comes from a family of veterans and is a proud supporter of those who have served. She takes great pride in helping veterans find a place to call home and is known for her warm, no-nonsense approach and dedication to her clients.
